NEREFS Ltd. is a non-banking financial company, one of the leading financial companies in Northeast India.

They provide loans to people from Northeast states of India who are posted in New Delhi and other cities of India. Its main aim is to develop and uplift the living standard besides strengthening the financial status of Scheduled Tribes, Castes and other Backward Classes in the Northeast but have expanded also to other states like Uttaranchal and Delhi.

According to the official website, the Company’s investors are mainly the first two (2) Directors – Shri K James Lalrongbawl and Mrs. Lal Remsiem. Their whole family contributes from both their respective families to establish NEREFS LTD. As a whole, they have invested Rs. 15 Crores. It has been three years since our establishment.

Today, the investment has crossed Rs. 21.11 Crores in the market excluding Fixed Assets worth Rs. 11.30 Crores in face Market Value with our own Company Buildings at every Branch. The present Authorised Share capital is Rs. 30.00 Crores and it plans to increase Authorised Share Capital upto Rs. 50.00 Crores in the current financial year. The NEREFS LTD. will surely be noticed in India as well as the whole of Asia in the near future.
