Kerala beauty Parvathy Omanakuttan was crowned Pantaloons Femina Miss India World 2008 in Mumbai on 5th April 2008. She will compete Miss World 2008 for India.

20 year old Parvathy Omanakuttan from Kerala who grabbed the crown as she left the audiences and judges spell bound with her million dollar reply! “Divorces are not a result of western influence. At the end of the day, it is we who decide whose worth us. Marriage is not when one completes the other but is when both share their completeness” said the youngster thus evoking a roaring applause. The youngster walked away with the top honour of winning ‘Femina Miss India World 2008’, while the other two winners were Harshita Saxena, who was crowned as Pantaloons Femina Miss Earth 2008 and Simran Kaur Mundi who became the Femina Miss India Universe 2008.
