Northeast India ‘Vision 2020′ document finalised

Agartala, May 13 (IANS) ‘Vision 2020′ document, an ambitious poverty alleviation programme for the northeast, was endorsed Tuesday in the plenary session of the North Eastern Council (NEC) here.
