Secret of Michael Phelps’ diet - swimming god!



American Swimmer Michael Phelps has left many swimmers wondering about his unconquerable physical strength and swimming stamina. What they wanted to know is his diet. What does this swimming god eats?

ESPN-Star posted Mr. Phelps response like this,
Swimming sensation Michael Phelps more golds for him in Beijing Olympics“I’m eating a lot of pasta and pizza. I’m eating a lot of carbs. And sleeping as much as I can. I think just about every morning I’ve woken up at 4:30 or 5. It takes me a while to fall back asleep, but I do for about an extra half hour. It takes me a while to get up, but it’s the Olympics, it’s what you have to do.”
However, in another video interview he had with some a news channel he said that he doesn’t have any strict diet. He just eat good food and of course he eats a lot to keep his huge frame active throughout the day in the water. Remember he spends upto 5 hours in water almost everyday.

He has started amassing gold at Beijing Olympics. He is believed to dominate the swimming competitions whenever he participates.

What a gifted, talented and hardworking man he is!
