Dear Sirs
We are very happy and very proud of that UNDP is working in the field of Community Development programs for the Chin people in Paletwa Township as well as providing emergency relief program for rat affected families. During our visit in Aungust, We came to know that UNDP was providing rice bags to some their target implementation villages for relief assistance in the early month of this year. But one thing we want to know is that Why the villagers were asked to pay back about 35 basket per bag when they recieve new harvests. According to present situation, we are not sure, how they afford to pay for that matter. Now we came to know that UNDP is planning to provide relief assistance to about 59 villages but we are still confused their relief program how they can reach their relief assistance to villagers or in their Pocket.
thanks for your kind helping
