Nameless ‘Kar Khat’ Bank in Aizawl growing rapidly

Aizawl, Sep 11 : Locally known as ‘Kar Khat Bank’, a bank which offers a huge interest even if you invest in the bank only for one week, a nameless bank set up in Aizawl is fast becoming the most talked about financial company in the Mizoram capital.

Nobody knows who sits as the head of the banking company. However, customers know that you only need to invest in the bank for one week to come out with a huge profit. With the Mizo mentality of making fast money, the banking company is growing rapidly during its short time of existence.

Banking companies of such have become quite common in Aizawl where the company executives hire agents to find customers for the company. Customers invest their money through these agents and within a week, they reap profits of 8 per cent to 12 per cent.

All the agents refuse to give the names or addresses of the executives of the bank saying it is their business secret.
